Our Process & Procedure

Homeowner Preparation

By providing proper access to your property and equipment, you ensure a hassle-free experience, allowing us to prepare your pool for the upcoming season.

Grant access to your pool and yard area.
If you won’t be present, please make sure no yard gates are locked.
Ensure easy access to essential items such as pool covers and cleaning equipment.
Clear the way to pool equipment in sheds, garages, etc.
Leave the pool cover bag accessible for storage. Let us know where you’d like us to store it.
Make sure power is accessible or arrange for someone to assist in turning it on.
Water supply should be turned on.

What’s Included

Take off, clean, and store the pool cover.
Clear debris from cover and water surface.
Apply Chlorine treatment.
Examine filters, skimmers, drains, ladders, plugs, gauges, and system components.
Start to fill pool – it is home owners responsibility to turn off water.
Activate pool pump.

We will provide a summary report for each opening with recommendations and notes.
